Spending

The “Industry 4.0” Club has implemented a simple and transparent financing system based on the actual use of services, giving companies complete freedom to choose the necessary tools without being tied to fixed tariff plans.

Basic Membership Model

Participation in the club starts with a minimum payment of $100, which is credited to the company’s account in the system. This approach provides several key advantages:

  • Full flexibility: the company independently decides which modules and services it needs
  • Expense transparency: payment only for actually used services
  • Scalability: easy addition of new features as the business grows
  • No overpayments: no need to pay for unnecessary components

Principle of Fund Usage

The credited funds can be allocated by the company to:

  1. Infrastructure costs:

    • Payment for server capacities
    • Data storage and processing
  2. Modules and services:

    • Dozens of specialized modules with individual pricing
    • Ability to activate and deactivate modules at any time
    • Each service is billed daily
  3. Third-party SAAS solutions:

    • Integration with external services
    • Payment for API calls to AI platforms
    • Specialized software
  4. Additional services:

    • Deployment of servers on the customer’s premises (billed separately)
    • Individual setup and customization
    • Staff training
    • Technical support of various levels

🧭 How the Club Works

The club is not just SaaS or consulting. It is a full-fledged ecosystem of tools that helps companies implement digital solutions step by step, without excessive complexity and costs.

At its core is the Converged platform, which can be imagined as a toolbox. Inside are dozens of modules, each solving a specific business task. You connect the necessary module with one click, customize it for yourself — and it starts working. No “boxed solutions” that need to be adjusted with a hammer.

Every company is unique. Therefore, everyone chooses their own set of tools, depending on tasks, industry, scale, and process maturity. Some start with local order and production control. Some with marketing automation. Some immediately take integrations with AI and global APIs.

This flexibility allows you to:

  • avoid overpaying for unnecessary features,
  • not overload the team,
  • implement solutions step by step and under control,
  • adapt modules for yourself through local partners.

🤝 Global Team and Local Partners

The development of modules and overall architecture is handled by the global 4IR team — an international core that creates universal and flexible tools.

But implementation is always a local process. That is why we collaborate with local partners in each country who are ready to help you on-site. If your company requires adaptation, customization for specific processes or equipment — you can contact the partners.

They help to:

  • set up equipment in production,
  • adapt interfaces and modules to your needs,
  • train staff,
  • refine AI agents to work in the context of your company.

This approach allows combining global technologies with local features and makes implementation as smooth and effective as possible.

💸 How Pricing is Formed

The model is simple and fair. The price of each function depends on two things: how much it costs to maintain and how many people use it.

The formula looks like this:

Function Price = (monthly development and maintenance costs / number of active users) × coefficient

The coefficient is a small multiplier that allows covering not only current expenses but also future improvements, infrastructure, risks. It is usually two, but can be adjusted depending on the development stage.

What does this mean in practice?

— The more users, the cheaper for each company.
— No overpayment for what you don’t use.
— You clearly see what you are paying for.

If a function is not used — it is not developed and not included in the calculation.

🧩 How the System is Structured

The platform is flexible. Each module can work differently, depending on your tasks.

For example, some data can be stored locally — especially if you have a factory or workshop where offline access is needed. Complex processing can be transferred to the cloud. And everything related to CRM, marketing, or finance can be linked with external services like Shopify or AI platforms.

No one imposes a single path. You simply take what suits you. And if something is missing — you can suggest, discuss, and perhaps that will become the next implemented feature.

✨ Collaborative Development

The most important thing is not the code, not the servers, and not the integrations. But that all this is created together with you.

Not as a contractor. Not as a supplier. But as a partner.
That is why the club works. Because you are not clients, you are co-authors.
