Channels

Every customer channel in one place

Emails, calls, messenger messages, and website requests enter one queue. The full conversation stays with the customer and order.

The system finds an existing contact by phone or email. For a new enquiry, it creates a customer record and adds the data to the database. The manager sees prior agreements, received files, and the current request status.
