What Converged Does

A manufacturing company has two sides of its work. The first is making the part, assembling the product, and completing the order. The second is everything that surrounds production: receiving requests, handling files, agreeing on prices, scheduling jobs, communicating with customers, monitoring equipment, managing materials, tracking deadlines, sending notifications, and getting paid.

An operator can ask for the current status through the interface or AI chat, and receive an answer based on actual system and equipment data.

AI can also handle routine actions within the same business context: prepare customer responses, identify delays, collect information from different systems, update statuses, launch permitted Workflows, and prepare the next actions for an operator. The system does not simply generate text — it works with the actual data and operations of the workshop.
