Solution System
Converged organizes its capabilities into Solutions — complete application scenarios that combine the functionality required to solve a specific business problem.
Solutions are grouped into four areas:
- Orders and clients — incoming requests, service showcase, client history, statuses, communication, and repeat sales.
- Production and inventory — equipment load, queues, materials, quality control, failures, and shipments.
- Money and profit — costs, margins, payments, receivables, pricing, and growth scenarios.
- Team and accountability — responsibility zones, shifts, standards, knowledge base, and onboarding.
A Solution is built from Services, Surfaces, and Workflows. It can include its own data models, roles, notifications, AI-agent actions, equipment connections, and integrations with external services. The same building blocks can therefore be combined into different Solutions without creating isolated applications for every business task.
The user works with the Solution as a complete business capability rather than with its underlying technical structure. For example, a Solution can provide everything required to process incoming requests, manage the production queue, track order profitability, or organize team operations.
Solutions can be configured, extended, and combined with other Solutions. New Services, Surfaces, and Workflows can also be added when a business requires capabilities that are not part of the existing foundation.
Converged is the platform; Solutions are complete business capabilities built on top of it.
